"Oude Gueuze BOON" is a traditional, unsweetened, and unfiltered ale brewed through spontaneous fermentation. Crafted from 60% malted barley and 40% wheat, it matures for several years in oak casks. This blend consists of 75% young lambic aged around 18 months and 25% mature 3-year-old lambic. The result is an exceptionally fresh beer with a fruity, spicy aroma and delicate notes of citrus and oak.
