“Kriek Boon” is brewed through spontaneous fermentation by blending aged 3-year and young 6-month lambics matured in oak casks. Each liter is enriched with 250 g of wild cherries from Galicia. The result is a refreshing and flavourful beer with a rich, sweet, and full taste of fresh wild cherries. It boasts a deep dark-cherry colour and a lively, fruity character.
