Brewed through spontaneous fermentation, this beer is crafted by blending aged 3-year and young 6-month lambics matured in oak casks. Each liter contains 250 g of only genuine wild cherries from Galicia. The result is a refreshing and flavourful beer with a sweet, rich taste of fresh wild cherries. It has a deep, intense ruby-red colour and a perfectly balanced fruity character.
