Brewed from an original recipe inspired by the Benedictine monastic traditions of Trappist beers. A relatively dry and effervescent abbey-style beer.
Style: Abbey Pale Ale.
Light golden in colour with a thick white head and aromas of honey bouquet, a slight smokiness on the nose, and a gentle hint of caramel. The taste offers a mild bitterness with a lightly hopped finish and a perfectly balanced aftertaste. 
Alcohol percentage 6.0%.
