Kasteel Cuvée resembles Kasteel Donker in flavour but is aged for ten years. The roasted and caramelized malts give this beer a smooth, full-bodied character with fruity notes reminiscent of port or Madeira wine. The finish delights with a gentle hop bitterness, while its complex flavour profile makes it an excellent companion to fine food — especially blue cheese.
