“Raspberry Boon” is a beer brewed through spontaneous fermentation, made from young lambic matured in oak casks. To each liter of beer, 300 grams of ripe raspberries and a small amount of cherries are added. The delicate lambic character, perfectly balanced with the velvety softness of ripe raspberries and the sweetness of wild cherries, creates an ideal raspberry beer for an aperitif.
