“Mariage Parfait” is a traditional, unsweetened, and unfiltered ale.
It is crafted from young lambic to which 400 grams of fresh wild cherries per liter are added. The resulting cherry lambic is then aged for 6 to 8 months in oak barrels, developing an intense and complex character.
Flavour: delicate acidity, notes of cherries, raisins, oak, and vanilla with a rich, full body.
It pours a deep red colour with a thick, pinkish foam.
Alcohol percentage 6.5%
