A dark Abbey Ale brewed from an original recipe inspired by the Benedictine monastic traditions of Trappist beers. Crafted with roasted and caramel malts. It has a beautiful reddish-brown colour and a light brown head. The aroma reveals a rich caramel bouquet followed by notes of roasted coffee. Not overly strong, yet the alcohol is pleasantly noticeable. The bitterness has a nutty character, harmoniously combined with the roasted malt flavour.
