A jubilee beer named after Brother Isidorus, the first brewer of La Trappe. Isidor is a slightly sweet amber beer with a hint of caramel. The beer has a mildly bitter taste and a fruity finish. La Trappe Isidor owes its special aroma to Perle hops, grown by the monks.
